1. Who we are

2. What we sell

ROOMLAB sells its own digital interior design reports, design plans, AI-assisted design products and professional design services. Customers purchase directly from ROOMLAB. ROOMLAB is not a marketplace and does not facilitate payments between users.

3. Deliverables

Deliverables are design recommendations and visual concepts. They are advisory. Furniture availability, pricing, structural feasibility and installation remain the customer's responsibility, and figures presented as estimates are estimates only.

4. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate dimensions, photographs and requirements.
Only upload content you have the right to share.
Verify measurements before purchasing furniture or materials.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in GBP or USD and charged as one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; ROOMLAB does not store card details.

6. Revisions and cancellation

Revisions included with each package are described on the pricing page. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our refund policy.
